This specification

This hydraulic fluid is for
use in hydraulic systems and in other applications where a high
grade lubricating oil having anticorrosion and anti-oxidation
properties is required. This fluid should not be used in systems
where a fire-resistant fluid is required.

Scope
This specification covers petroleum base hydraulic fluids for use in
hydraulic systems and in other applications where a high grade hydraulic
fluid having anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties are required.
This hydraulic fluid is not an extreme pressure (EP) or anti-wear (AW)
fluid. This hydraulic fluid should not be used in systems where a
fire-resistant fluid is required.
