Boeing Specs BMS 3-33 BMS 3-33 is a Boeing specification for general purpose corrosion inhibiting grease. A non-clay based grease that provides longer life for components and mechanisms and possesses improved wear and corrosion resistance. Shell worked with Boeing during the development of BMS 3-33 and formulated AeroShell Grease 33 to meet the improved performance properties required by BMS 3-33. It was the first grease approved for BMS 3-33. Corresponds to Aeroshell Grease 33
